Perseus Realty Partners, L.L.C., a fully integrated, private equity real estate investment management firm, announced the launch of the PRP Participating Loan Program, designed to provide up to $1 billion in one-stop financing for the development or acquisition/ repositioning of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties.
