SCARRED for life - stab victim Joe Heskett relives the moment he thought he was going to die.

Joe had a main artery severed in his head, which made blood spray out like a fountain, after the unprovoked knife attack by 23-year-old Kevin Hall in Hendon.

He needed 97 stitches after he was stabbed twice in the face, once close to his eye, and received stab wounds to his arms as he tried to defend himself, and a wound to the back of the neck.
