TRY a taste of Yorkshire!
Tykes can tuck in to some of the county's top produce at a special Scarborough tasting event help to mark Yorkshire Day, which takes place tomorrow.
Tasty treats on offer include smoked salmon and trout, cheeses and cakes and biscuits while gourmands can also get their gums around Whitby scampi and try a mouthful of Seabrook's crisps.
And to wash it all down there's a choice of good old Yorkshire tea from Taylors of Harrogate or West York-shire's finest wine courtesy of Splash wines from Hudders-field.
The event is being held at the Proudfoot store in Scalby Road, Newby.
