Tuesday 9.34am Honestly, all this phallocentric posturing. In the meantime, here I am minding the shop. Hasn't the weather been nice? And can I just clear something up? I did not say, on the night of the Glasgow East by-election: 'My time has come.' I said 'My, the time has flown,' meaning that evening went by quickly. Unlike the strutting, testosteronefuelled competitiveness that one sees all too often in politics, my goals are more holistically centred, and have real substance.
Not that there is any kind of leadership bid going on.
Wednesday 4.15pm I have moved into the No10 flat - it saves commuting. Trouble is, the phone keeps ringing.
