With many market commentators experts making gloomy predictions about house prices, brokers are well placed to help nervous borrowers make the right decisions, says Mark Harris
Hardly a week goes by without another survey declaring the housing market is doomed as prices fall further. Recently it was Rightmove's turn to report that sellers cut average asking prices by #4,345 or 1.8% in June.
