Peruvian-born Edgar Hidalgo is on top - a top salesman in a top department store in one of the nation's top malls. Hidalgo has gone far in the seven years since he came to Miami. As Men's Gues Shop Coordinator for the Dadeland Burdines, this 22-year-old's personal sales approached a whopping $500,000 in 1995.
