HE'S worked with new James Bond Daniel Craig, Sir Ian McKellen and Ewan McGregor, counts director Sir Ridley Scott as a friend and was the star of the Strongbow adverts for 29 years.
But for John Waller, who retires from his post as creative director at the Royal Armouries today, meeting the Queen was the highlight of his illustrious career.
Before starting full-time work at the Armouries in 1994, John, 65, was a fight director for stage and screen and a teacher of fights at five London drama schools.
