Network gives city an education head start

SCHOOLS and learning centres across Leeds are being promised a transformation in online teaching and learning which will put the city at the forefront of Europe.
A new range of high tech teaching and communication services are being made available to over 100,000 users across the city.
It is part of the new Leeds Learning Network which provides internet services to over 400 learning and education centres in Leeds.
The new services will include enhanced broadband provision, internet access and e-mail.
