LEEDS may have reached saturation point for student housing, planners were told when they turned down another scheme in the city.
Planet Work Ltd wanted to demolish a Victorian linen mill and create 160 student cluster flats with 634 bed spaces.
But Leeds West plans panel decided the scheme to replace Perseverance Mills, Cross Chancellor Street, Woodhouse, was just too big for the 1.75-acre site.
