A 34-year-old man was shot dead at a takeaway restaurant in Leeds on friday night.
The fatal shooting happened at Shah Jahan Indian Cuisine, also known as SFC, in Roundhay Road, Harehills, at 11.35pm.
A police spokesman said four masked men were thought to have been involved in the incident, which is being treated as murder.
He added that a post-mortem examination was due to be carried out today and inquiries were ongoing.
This morning Roundhay Road was closed between Bayswater Row and Elford Place West and several streets leading to Roundhay Road were cordoned off.
