OLDER people living in the Chapel Allerton district of Leeds are being asked whether they want their area to be covered by the growing network of community self-help schemes known as 'Neighbourhood Networks'.
Most parts of Leeds are already served by local neighbourhood networks.
And a Chapel Allerton group will be one of the final pieces to be fitted into the city-wide jigsaw, becoming the 45th to be set up since the movement started in 1992.
