PLANS for a multi-million- pound revamp of a major Leeds shopping centre have been savaged by councillors.
Part of the proposed redesign of the Headrow Shopping Centre was dismissed as resembling "1960s Coventry" and the council's city centre plans panel has called for more work on the scheme.
