Russia's Acron to offer $2.7 mln worth of GDR on LSE
MOSCOW. Aug 6 (Interfax) - Russian fertilizer producer Akron (RTS: AKRN) is planning to offer up to $2.7 million worth of Global Depository Receipts of subsidiary OJSC Dorogobuzh on the London Stock Exchange, Dorogobuzh said in a statement.
Dorogobuzh's board of directors on Wednesday approved an agreement on the placement with Unicredit, Morgan Stanley, Bank Austria Creditanstalt and Alfa Capital Holdings.
Under the agreement, Dorogobuzh will offer no more than 30,000 shares of Acron, or 0.6% of its charter capital, at a price of no less than $90 per share, which is in line with the company's ...
