HAMILTON, Mont., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Ribi ImmunoChem Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: RIBI) announced today that it has completed a license and supply agreement covering the use of Ribi adjuvants in allergy vaccines under development by SmithKline Beecham Pharma GmbH of Munich, Germany. SmithKline Beecham Pharma GmbH is a subsidiary of SmithKline Beecham (SB, NYSE: SBH).

Under the license/supply agreement, Ribi has granted SmithKline Beecham Pharma (SB Pharma) a license to use Ribi adjuvants commercially upon regulatory approval of SB Pharma's allergy vaccines. The license is exclusive for the European Community, Eastern Europe and Canada and co-exclusive for the rest ...
