A CULTURAL FESTIVAL celebrating the conquest of good over evil is creating ripples of excitement in the city.
Hundreds of people are set to flock to The Cresset in Bretton, Peterborough, to mark the Hindu event, called Navratri, which unfolds over nine nights.
Organisers have been thrilled with the turn-out since the vibrant festivities kicked off last Saturday and are expecting the biggest crowds over the weekend.
