At its recent 2008 annual conference, the Georgia Utility Contractors Association, Inc. elected Ricky Harp, Richard Harp Excavation, Inc., as the 2008-2009 GUCA president.
Harp will serve with newly elected First Vice President Judy Turpin, Turpin, Inc.; Second Vice President Mitch Stephens, John D. Stephens, Inc.; Treasurer Stephen Smith, Jan R. Smith Construction Co., Inc.; and Secretary Charlie Murren, C.A. Murren & Sons Company, Inc.
