KIRKLAND, Wash., Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Celebrate Express, Inc. today announced that a special meeting of its shareholders to consider a proposal to adopt the merger agreement (originally announced on June 26, 2008) between it and Liberty Media Corporation has been scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2008, at 11:00 am, Pacific Time. Celebrate Express shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 9, 2008 will be entitled to vote at the special meeting.
