THE City Council's READ. WRITE.inspire literacy campaign is hosting two glittering film awards in July following the success of last year's event.
More than 200 films, made by pupils at city primary schools, were entered in the first ever Peterborough Children's Film Awards last July.
The film awards were commended in the 2007 Local Government Commission national awards for local government.
This year the awards are bigger and better than ever with two separate ceremonies for primary and secondary schools.
