Tata Housing to develop 200 lakh sq ft of worth USD 3 bn
New Delhi, Aug 7 (PTI) In a bid to strengthen its footprint in the country's property market, Tata Housing Development Company plans to develop 200 lakh sq ft area of worth 3 billion dollars (over Rs 12,500 crore) in the next 4-5 years.
"We will develop 200 lakh sq ft in different cities over the next four to five years. The revenue potential from this will be about three billion dollars," Tata Housing Development Company Managing Director and CEO Brotin Banerjee told PTI.
