LONG Sutton are through to the quarter-finals of the Hockey Association Cup after a thrilling comeback win over Burton.
Sutton trailed 2-0 after just 15 minutes and lost defender Mark Bryan with a broken hand, but two goals from Johnny Bryan and one from Ian Smith turned the game on its head in the second half.
Burton rallied strongly towards the end, but a brilliant save by goalkeeper Jake Loutham and a goalline clearance from Stuart Belding in the final two minutes saw Sutton scrape through to the last eight.
Sutton also enjoyed a superb win in the East Premier B Division as they saw off Bury St Edmunds 5-2 with goals from Nicky Bailey (2), ...
