Northants League: PETERBOROUGH Town were humbled by a high-class display of quick swing bowling at Bretton Gate.
Finedon's Bedfordshire Minor Counties star Will Sneath returned astonishing figures of 9-10 from 10 overs as Town were shot out for just 40 to complete a 139-run defeat in the Northants Premier Division.
Not surprisingly it was a career-best for the likeable seamer who bowled beautifully in helpful conditions. On this evidence no-one will stop Finedon securing a sixth title win in seven years.
