BUSINESS people and charity representatives have been bonding at a unique networking event staged at the Sue Ryder Care Thorpe Hall Hospice, Peterborough.

Business Community Connections (BCC) organised the event, which was supported by businesses such as Buckles Solicitors LLP, Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, Saffery Champness Accountants and Anglian Water.

Charities and voluntary organisations which attended included Age Concern, Relate, Victim Support, Peterborough Women's Centre and Peterborough Racial Equality Council.

BCC joint chief executive Fabia Bates gave an introductory presentation after which delegates were invited to network.
