FAMILY-RUN firm Bradshaw Electric Vehicles has secured its largest deal to date - a national contract worth [pounds sterling]250,000 to supply 100 golf carts to a hotel chain.
The family firm, based in New Lane, Stibbington, near Stamford, was set up in 1977 by John Bradshaw and is the largest UK importer of golf carts from Club Cars in America, the largest manufacturer of golf carts worldwide.
John has since retired, although remains chairman of the company which is still very much a family affair specialising in the build of imported carts and through manufacture of their own carts for golfers.
