A YOUNG dog which normally never barks scared away an intruder who had broken into a property in St John's Walk on Monday.
Jenna Waller, 18, was asleep when seven-month-old cocker spaniel Cinders started barking.
She said: "She was barking and woke me up.
"She never barks. She's usually a calm dog so I knew something was wrong."
