Beijing Netcom's 8-Mbps broadband service yet to generate satisfactory results

Shanghai August 8. INTERFAX-CHINA - Beijing Netcom's much anticipated 8-megabit per second broadband service has yet to generate satisfactory user numbers for the local broadband operator, with less than 1,000 subscribers to the service to date, domestic media reported on Aug. 7.
