DELHI AND LAHORE

MYSTERIOUS and deadly bombs keep exploding in both Pakistan and India. On April 28th, a bomb went off in a bus in a sleepy market town, some 50 kilometres (30 miles) from Lahore, the capital of the Pakistani province of Punjab. At least 38 people were reported killed. On April 20th, an explosion in a guest house in the Indian capital killed 17 people, including several foreign tourists. The next day, another bomb went off in Modingar, on the outskirts of Delhi, killing another 15 people.
