NORHTBROOK, Ill., May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Allstate Insurance Company today announced it will acquire, pending regulatory approval, the independent agent contracts and associated premium held by All Nation Insurance Company. All Nation specializes in non-standard auto business and markets its product through a network of more than 1,650 independent agencies in 11 states. All Nation is domiciled in Minnesota and is owned by Michigan-based First Mercury Financial Corporation.
