ACTIVIST FATIMA BHUTTO realizes that to be a member of Pakistan's best-known political dynasty is to wear a target on your back. Her grandfather was executed after being ousted as prime minister; her father was assassinated when she was 14 (possibly with the complicity of her aunt, Benazir); and, last December, Benazir was killed in Pakistan after returning from exile. So why would a Barnard-educated beauty risk her 26-year-old neck to speak out against her country's policies? Fatima Bhutto explains.
