MATRIX Park in Chorley celebrates its third birthday next month - and is already three years ahead of schedule.
Nearly one million sq ft is already committed to new industrial and office accommodation, and more than 750 people employed within the development.
Matrix Park is a joint venture between property developers Redrow and Barratt Commercial within the wider Buckshaw Village scheme, which is transforming the former Royal Ordnance factory site into new homes, employment, shopping and leisure facilities.
