Building work on a huge [pounds sterling]4m development next to Chorley's Botany Bay is expected to start in March - if planning chiefs give it the green light.
Multi-millionaire businessman Tim Knowles has submitted plans to Chorley Council that, if approved, would change the landscape next to the M61 forever.
Through his property company the tycoon wants to build three office blocks on land adjoining Botany Bay, complete with car parks and associated roads.
It's estimated that the buildings - two of which will measure 10,000 sq ft and the third will be 20,000 sq ft - could accommodate as many as 320 staff.
