Multi-million pound plans to develop land near Chorley's Botany Bay may have hit a snag.
Property tycoon and owner of Botany Bay Tim Knowles recently unveiled his [pounds sterling]4m vision for land between the Leeds-Liverpool canal and the M61.
His property company First Investments submitted an application to Chorley Council planners which would see three office blocks built near the M61 at the gateway to Chorley.
