Planning chiefs have given the green light to a multi-million pound scheme for land near Botany Bay in Chorley.
Heapey-based developers Primrose Holdings have been granted planning permission to develop land between the M61 and the Leeds and Liverpool canal, near Millennium Way.
Primrose Holdings bought the site earmarked for development from Blue Mantle Ltd about six months ago.
Blue Mantle Ltd was given outline planning permission to build on the site but since the land changed ownership, Primrose Holdings had to apply again to secure separate outline planning permission.
