Tim Knowles' multi-million pound plans to develop land near Botany Bay are still firmly on track.
The property tycoon and owner of Botany Bay recently unveiled his [pounds sterling]4m vision for land between the Leeds and Liverpool canal and the M61.
His property company First Investments submitted an application to Chorley Council planners which would see three office blocks built near the M61 at the gateway to Chorley.
He already has planning permission for two units but is seeking the green light for a third.
First Investments is also seeking to making some changes to the design of the scheme in keeping with planning policy.
