VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 7, 1996--Net Nanny Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Trove Investment Corp., announced today it has signed an agreement to license Net Nanny to IBM.

Net Nanny Lite, will be included on a CD-ROM to be distributed with IBM computers and hardware products sold worldwide. Net Nanny for Windows' software is a two-way screening tool which allows parents to monitor, control and screen their children's PC and online activities.
