Three decades ago, Ron Hudson was Oregon's running backs coach and young Nick Aliotti was his graduate assistant.
Each morning, they'd walk from the UO football office, adjacent to McArthur Court, down University Street to the student union, where Hudson would buy them a breakfast of eggs, bacon and hash browns.
"For a buck," Hudson recalled. "That was pretty good."
