MENLO PARK, Calif. and PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Geron Corporation (Nasdaq:GERN) and Exeter Life Sciences, Inc. announced today the merger of Start Licensing, Inc. ("Start"), a joint venture between Geron and Exeter Life Sciences, and ViaGen, Inc., a subsidiary of Exeter Life Sciences.
