NEW YORK -- Broadpoint Capital, Inc., a broker-dealer subsidiary of Broadpoint Securities Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPSG), today announced the hiring in its Debt Capital Markets Division of three senior sales professionals: Kevin Miller, Michael B. Komson and Timothy V. Zaino.
Mr. Miller, Managing Director, High Yield Sales, most recently was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Sand Spring Capital. Prior to Sand Spring, he spent five years at BNY Capital Markets and 5 years as a Senior Vice President at CRT Capital. Mr. Miller received his J.D. from Boston University in 1986 and his B.A. from Washington University in 1983.
