FORT WAYNE, Ind.--May 6--Cecil Henn didn't hesitate when he was asked to go to Armenia to advise a young machine-tool company. But after he got off the phone, he and his wife, Donna, had just one question:
Where is Armenia?
A quick check of the encyclopedia located the former Soviet republic just north of Turkey and Iran. Now, after a month in the young nation, the Fort Wayne couple know well where Armenia is. They also are familiar with the struggles of the nation -- and, in particular, one small company -- to adjust to a free-market economy.
