Long Sutton comprehensively beat a young Market Deeping second team on Saturday. Batting first Sutton lost three early wickets but Ian Smith then joined Chris Booth at the crease.
The pair then put on a mammoth fourth wicket stand with Booth hitting Long Sutton's first South Lincs League century of the season before, minutes later, Smith completed the second.
Booth was finally dismissed for 101 but Smith remained unbeaten on 123 as Sutton posted 280-4 in their 45 overs.
The visitors were eventually dismissed for 182. Tom Dale 2-24 and Mark Wright 2-20 bowled well and Chris Battle picked up 2-20 in his first senior game.
