BALTIMORE, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- It's been a sour summer for lemon-lovers. First, there was news reports of "dirty lemons" contaminated with E.coli served in restaurants. Then, poor weather caused world-wide lemon shortages, resulting in skyrocketing prices. The U.S. Department of Agriculture even reported in May 2008 that crops are down 12 percent compared to last year.
