LEOMINSTER - Neighbors of UMass Memorial - HealthAlliance Leominster Campus told city officials they were concerned about the erosion of a protective buffer zone as the hospital seeks expansion.
Hospital officials are looking to expand the boundaries of the overlay district that surrounds the campus, including the installation of an 80-spot parking lot that would cut into the buffer between Memorial Drive and residential DiMassa Drive.
