Today, the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) announced Myron E. (Mike) Ullman III, Chairman and CEO of JCPenney, will be the keynote speaker at this year's Environmental Sustainability and Compliance Conference. The conference is set for September 22-24, 2008, at the Embassy Suites in Frisco, Texas.
