'JUDGE us at the end of the season' is the message from Northallerton Town boss Paul Burton ahead of their visit to South Shields tomorrow (3pm).
The Calvert Stadium outfit, whose scheduled home clash with Seaham Red Star last Saturday fell foul of the elements, are handily placed to ply their trade in the Arngrove Northern League top-flight this time next year after an impressive run of form of late.
But with Town being in a similar position 12 months ago before tailing away in the tense promotion run-in, Burton said he is not counting his chickens before they are hatched.
