TWELVE-year-old Harrogate District Swimming club member Lucy Budimir put the Hydro-based squad well on the swimming map during the Yorkshire Age Group Championships at Leeds International pool.

Over two weekends Lucy came away with eight podium finishes out of a potential ten, with five gold and three silver medals making her Yorkshire champion at 100m breaststroke with personal best time (pb)of 1.18.57, 200m breast 2.50.91 (pb), 100m freestyle 1.03.06 (pb), 200m individual medley 2.31.46 (pb), 800m freestyle 9.52.85 (pb), silver medals in 200m freestyle 2.17.93 (pb), 400m freestyle 4.50.45 and 400m individual medley 5.28.22, 4th position 200m backstroke and 6th ...
