ABSTRACT
The purpose of this longitudinal research was to compare perceptions of fatigue among Icelandic women (n=48; 30-74 years old) diagnosed with breast cancer, at different treatment points, with women without the disease, working at a nursing home (n=44; 19-66 years old). The assessment of fatigue was performed at two points, i.e. at the starting point (Time-one: T1) and four to five weeks later (Time-two: T2). The comparison was done using the Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS) and a demographic questionnaire.
