PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 14, 1996--John W. Teets, chairman and chief executive officer of The Dial Corp (NYSE:DL), today announced that Malcolm Jozoff has joined the company as president and chief executive officer of Dial's consumer products group, reporting directly to the board, and will become chairman, president and chief executive officer of the Dial Consumer Products Corp when the operation becomes an independent, publicly traded company as part of Dial's strategic restructuring.
