MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 1996--Henry Schein, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSIC) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Branford, Connecticut- based Dental Laboratory Discount Supply (DLDS). The acquisition is subject to standard closing conditions and is expected to close within 60 days.
DLDS is a national direct marketer of supplies and equipment to dental laboratories throughout the United States with 1995 sales of approximately $7.0 million.
