Disgraced former Orange County Treasurer Robert L. Citron won't go to jail for his role in the nation's largest municipal bankruptcy, according to the local psychic who advised him on interest rates and investment choices prior to the fiscal collapse.
"I feel he may get a home arrest, but that's about it," said Jeannie Smith, 63, who has indulged Citron's penchant for psychic phenomena during the past 15 years. "I don't want to say anything further because I'm afraid I might influence what happens."
