If you're not paying attention and are easily offended, you might think "Tropic Thunder" makes fun of (in no particular order) African-Americans, people with mental disabilities, Vietnam veterans, heroin addicts, and, briefly, gay monks.
But that's not really true. In fact, Ben Stiller's riotous action-comedy really has one big, fat target in mind: arrogant, insecure Hollywood actors who think they're doing the world a service by playing any of the above in a movie.
