LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 1996--Electronic Arts (Nasdaq:ERTS), a leading global interactive entertainment software company, today announced that it will unveil Triple Play 97 for the PlayStation& and PC-CD at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) trade show, to be held from May 16-18, 1996, in Los Angeles, California. The EA SPORTS division also announced that it signed a multi-year agreement with Major League Baseball, the first time ever the company has formed an alliance with this prestigious sports organization. Triple Play 97 is scheduled to ship on both platforms in June 1996, at a suggested retail price of $59.95.
